Wesley Clark on the issues
His web page on the issues is right here. It's long, so I won't try to excerpt it. But my first impression is that is is mostly a collection of his quotes from CNN and other television appearances and print interviews.

Nothing I saw seems very deep - just sound bite-quality stuff. Such as (okay, two excerpts):

"Shared risks, shared burdens, shared benefits -- it's not only a good motto for NATO, it's also a good prescription for America's role in the world."

"[From my childhood in Arkansas,] I saw first hand the racial prejudice, the civil disobedience, the intolerance. I've often gone back to that experience. It's something I've related to."
There's also a "Veterans for Clark" page, but it does not list the name of a single veteran endorsing Clark, the lack of which tells us something.

One of the problems with these links is that it is not obvious which pages are Clark's own site and which are not; the Vets page includes a disclaimer that it has "no official affiliation with him or his organization." His actual candidacy page seems to be this one. And he also has a weblog, except it says it is "is not affiliated with the America For Clark campaign."

Clear?
